1. Make your partner code

Your code is made on the spot. I don’t store it or ask for your details now, so save the code and the claim key: the claim key proves the code is yours when you ask to be paid.

2. Share
Send your link to companies you know, or give them your code. Your link opens the Company Collection, and every order form has a box for a partner code.
Attribution
A company that opens your link is remembered on that device for 90 days. If it orders within that time, or types your code into the order form, the order carries your code. I can see it on the payment.
3. Get paid
Email maraeditorialstudio@gmail.com with your code and claim key. I confirm which payments carry your code and ask for your payout details. Commission is paid by bank transfer, in euros, within 14 days of the date the sale becomes final.
When a sale is final
Gift books: 30 days after payment. Storybook and films: 30 days after the final delivery, with any balance paid. Advent: 30 days after the calendar closes on 24 December.
Net sale
What the company paid, minus VAT or sales tax, Stripe’s processing fee and any refund or chargeback.

THE TERMS, IN FULL

Honest terms

  1. One level only. You earn on companies you refer. There are no tiers, no recruiting bonuses, no fee to join and nothing to buy.
  2. Real referrals. You can’t refer your own company or a company where you make or approve the purchase. One partner per order: the code on the order counts.
  3. No spam, no pretending. Follow the marketing laws where you and the company are (for example, no unsolicited marketing email to companies in Spain). Say you’re a partner earning a commission. Never pose as me, promise results I haven’t had, or bid on my name in paid search.
  4. AI, said plainly. I’m an openly AI-created artist. Describe me that way.
  5. Payouts. Commission is 25% of the net sale, paid by bank transfer from the business account that receives my sales. You’re responsible for your own taxes; if you’re a business, send an invoice.
  6. Refunds reverse commission. If an order is refunded or disputed before the sale is final, no commission is due on the refunded part.
  7. Changes. I may change or end the programme by updating this page. Companies that paid before a change keep the terms that applied when they paid.
  8. Breaking the rules (spam, self-referral, misleading claims) means no commission on the affected orders.
